Steam air heaters (heaters) are heat exchange equipment designed for heating air in heating systems, drying chambers, supplying air to boiler units and various technological lines.
Water vapor is used as a coolant in these heaters.
Our company produces air heaters of both standard design (ПНП) and non-standard ones to suit customer needs.
Description and design
Standard air heaters (ПНП) are heat exchangers that are completely welded in design. The air is heated by transferring heat from the coolant to the air through the surface of finned bimetallic pipes. Our company produces air heaters only based on pipes with fins made by the knurling method. Base tubes are steel, fins are made of aluminum. Depending on the number of rows of pipes, heaters of the standard series are divided into two-row, three-row and four-row. The standard material design of the heater is steel parts made of carbon steel. At the Customer's request, the steel parts of the heater can be made of stainless steel or copper or copper alloys can be used instead of steel parts.
