Water-based air heaters (calorifiers) are heat exchange equipment intended for heating air in heating systems, drying chambers, air supply to boiler units and various technological lines. As a coolant in these heaters, liquids are used – water, aqueous glycol solutions, high-temperature coolants, and others.
Our company produces both standard and non-standard heaters according to the customer’s needs.
Standard air heaters (ПНВ) are heat exchangers that are completely welded in design. Water and glycol solutions are used as a coolant. To ensure a low coolant velocity in the pipe cavity and greater heat transfer in the heater, a multi-pass coolant flow pattern is implemented. The air is heated by transferring heat from the coolant to the air through the surface of finned bimetallic pipes. Our company produces air heaters only based on pipes with spiral-rolled fins. Base tubes made of steel, roughened due to impact. Depending on the number of rows of pipes, heaters of the standard series are divided into two-row, three-row and four-row. The standard material design of the heater is steel parts made of carbon steel. At the Customer's request, steel parts of the heater can be made of stainless steel, or copper or copper alloys can be used instead of steel parts.
